How can I make NY Style Pizza at home? - make your own pizza oven

I'm trying to perfect New York style pizza at home (in the hope that a formula that I can finally open my own pizza) shop. I have the ingredients down quite well and the taste is there, but I can not find a way to crispy crust, but you do not know how cheese from burning.

I use a pizza stone and set the oven to 500 degrees. I cook the pizza for 8 minutes.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Usually pizza dough needs to rest for a while. Have you tried olive oil? Horn in the house are not made to keep the temperature as a pizza, which could be burned one reason for its cheese and its bark, not working well.

Try pan before the crust of cheese (at home ...) Do not forget to turn your pizza in all during the cooking time.

New York Style Pizza Dough
2 pizzas

1 1 / 2 cups water 110 degrees
2 1 / 2 c. Tea. Granulated sugar
2 1 / 2 c. Tea. Salt
1 tbsp. Olive
4 1 / 2 cups all purpose flour
1 / 2 tsp. Active dry yeast
Flour 1 / 2 cup
Pizza sauce - your choice, if necessary
shredded cheese - your choice, as needed
Ingredients - your choice, if necessary

"In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water.
Oil and flour in a bowl and stir with heavy spoon for 1 minute.
"Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and press into a circle.
-Sprinkle evenly over the dough with yeast for 12 minutes.
-Split the dough into 2 equal portions and roll each part into a ball.

New York Style Pizza Dough:

Servings 12''Pizza (2-4)


Ingredients
