What makes this happen with sodas, but not juice? - orange juice vending machine

Why is this so if you have a drink (like Coke or Sprite), and Shake It Up in a box or bottle - or have in my case, was hit by falling vending machines - operated out of the bottle or can to see if / when the open right away? However, fruit juices and other drinks (like orange juice or Gatorade), but also soda fizz when shaken, but not out of the box or bottle, if / when opened shaken immediately follow. Caffeine is doing this or something else to do?
